This product has been manufactured employing state-of-the-art industrial methods and thoroughjly checked in several stages of quality control. Also, we offer a 

Warranty of 24 months

after date of purchase. Should your equipment fail, we will instantly help you with our fast and reliable service. Still, we would like you to check beforehand if the problem does not arise from the connections you made to the module. Please check your wiring for any short circuits or bad contacts before you return the unit to our service. Within 24 months of date of purchase, we will repair any malfunctions of the unit free of charge. 

Conditions of warranty
Only the manufacturer can recognize the conditions of warranty. Should other parties than the manufacturer be responsible for the malfunctioning, we consider the right of warranty as void. This is the case if the unit is modified electrically or mechanically, particularly in its wiring/soldering, or if the unit is used for purposes not intended by the manufacturer, or if the unit's external wiring is faulty, or if the unit is used under conditions outside those stated in its manual. 

Warranty services
Warranty services are to be carried out by the manufacturer alone.

Servicing period
As a rule, we will try to service any warranty case within 20 work days. 

Compensation claims 
he manufacturer is not obliged to compensate for any secondary damages that arise from the malfunctioning. The liability is limited in all cases to the value of the warranted product.

In case of damage
use the original packaging to protect the unit from further damage. Return the equipment, including a copy of the invoice, to your dealer. Enclose a written description of the failure as well as your full address. The product may also be sent PREPAID - i.e. postage is paid by the sender - to your dealer. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted. 
The equipment will be forwarded to the manufacturer in your name and, in case of a justified claim, sent back to you with carriage prepaid.

Safety warning
This product applies with the guidelines for electromagnetic compatibility 89/336/EWG as well as the low voltage guideline 73/23/EWG. This equipment is supplied with highly dangerous mains voltage (230V~). The opening of the product is prohibited. Improper handling can cause an electric shock. Also, we consider any warranty as void in this case. Please pay particular attention to the following points:

• the product must only be used for the purposes intended and described in the manual.

• the product is only suitable for indoors use. Protect it against moisture and heat.

• permissible operating temperature range is from 0°C to 30°C.

• never operate the equipment and pull the mains plug immediately when:
     a) damage is visible
     b) the unit has been mechanically damaged, ie. by dropping to the ground, for example
     c) the unit does not work as it should.

• never make an attempt at reparing the unit. Repairs may only be carried out by our trained personnel.

• For cleaning, use only a dry, soft cloth. Water and chemical or household cleaners might damage the unit. 

• Products incorporating a standby function must be completely switched off by the mains switch or by pulling the mains plug if left unattended.
